Kelsey J. Photos is own by Julien Kouame. Julien is formally an expert evaluator and researcher in social sciences who found photography as a mean for documenting social realities and for telling individual and group stories. Julien is a photographer graduated from the New York Institute of Photography, living in Dover, NH. He is a Photojournalist specialized in street photography, storytelling as well as commercial and portrait photography.
